Culture

WOOD believes in cultivating a welcoming work environment that encourages open communication, fairness, collaboration, and respect among all employees. As a growing small business, we invest in our employees’ success by promoting continued education and upward mobility, providing generous employee benefits, and emphasizing work-life balance. We are firmly committed to promoting an atmosphere in which people of diverse backgrounds and lifestyles have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

WOOD realizes it’s the small things that matter: Fun-filled company events where you leave feeling appreciated, recognition incentives and highlights on work well done, a place to share your opinions and be heard, and a company that shows we care.

At WOOD Cares, our non-profit branch, it is recognized that we all care about something, and we strive to fulfill the philanthropic passions of our employees through contributions to designated causes such as cancer walks, suicide prevention, and aiding local schools.

The bottom line? WOOD prioritizes our employee’s passions, personal, philanthropic, and educational. We care about business. We care about our community. We care about you.
